You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for new hires, provide day-to-day HR support for the Pittsburgh office, and execute culture-building events. Your work ensures 100% operational reliability across payroll, benefits, and employee inquiries.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years People Operations or high-volume admin experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and discretion
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new hire onboarding data lifecycle
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support inbox
• Assist with payroll data validation and processing each cycle
• Provide benefits enrollment assistance and ensure accurate system entry
• Plan and execute Pittsburgh office cultural and community events
