💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of sales, treasury, and technical implementation, partnering with Account Executives to bring treasury credibility to complex mid-market sales cycles. You'll also coach the sales team on treasury workflows and banking connectivity to scale Agicap's go-to-market capability. This role offers the chance to shape a relatively new function in a high-growth European fintech expanding in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach Account Executives on structuring treasury-focused demos
• Lead technical conversations with CFOs and Treasurers during sales cycles
• Advise prospects on US banking connectivity integration paths
• Configure SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections for customer onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation
• Hands-on knowledge of US banking connectivity standards (SFTP, H2H, SWIFT, bank APIs)
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows (cash positioning, reconciliation, forecasting)
• Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise companies

✨ Nice to Have

• CTP designation preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Experience working with a broad range of US banks including regional and community banks
