You'll own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads for a leading trading platform, managing large multi-market budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth. You'll also drive tracking, attribution, and automation frameworks and analyze performance across channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads
• Drive full-funnel performance across acquisition and retargeting campaigns
• Implement and maintain tracking architecture including server-side tracking
• Build automation frameworks for budget pacing, bidding, and testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing
• Deep hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, App, Demand Gen)
• Technical skills in tracking, attribution, and automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated industries
• Hands-on scripting or programming (Python, JS)
• Experience owning incrementality or custom attribution models
