Requirements
- 7+ years in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management
- 3+ years of people management experience with senior technical ICs
- Experience with strategic accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build trust with users and lead by example
Responsibilities
- Shape strategy for Stripe's largest segment and complex engagements
- Lead a team of technical account managers
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, CSM, Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Solution Architects
- Hire and retain top technical talent
- Analyze user feedback data to drive efficiency and quality
