You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers supporting Stripe's largest users in EMEA. You'll shape strategy, drive cross-functional solutions, and foster a high-performance culture to optimize user outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management
  • 3+ years of people management experience with senior technical ICs
  • Experience with strategic accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build trust with users and lead by example

Responsibilities

  • Shape strategy for Stripe's largest segment and complex engagements
  • Lead a team of technical account managers
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, CSM, Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Solution Architects
  • Hire and retain top technical talent
  • Analyze user feedback data to drive efficiency and quality
