You'll guide customers through AI-powered transformation programs and own their post-sales adoption strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and maximize customer value. This role offers the opportunity to be a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
π― What You'll Do
- Own customer adoption strategy and value delivery plan
- Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery across workstreams
- Advise customers on defining and realizing value
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients
π Requirements
- At least 8 years in customer success roles
- Experience in high-growth technology company (SaaS or RPA)
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Fluency in English and French
