You'll guide customers through AI-powered transformation programs and own their post-sales adoption strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and maximize customer value. This role offers the opportunity to be a trusted advisor on automation strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer adoption strategy and value delivery plan
• Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery across workstreams
• Advise customers on defining and realizing value
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years in customer success roles
• Experience in high-growth technology company (SaaS or RPA)
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Fluency in English and French
