Description

You will handle primary Executive Risk matters (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime) claims, evaluate coverage and damages, and provide assistance to underwriting and business development teams. You'll collaborate with vendors and carriers to help policyholders find solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years handling Executive Risk (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime) claims
• Bachelor's degree required; JD a plus
• Licensed claims adjuster in state of residence and able to obtain licensing for CA, NY, and other states
• Excellent communication and interactive skills
• Proactive and able to excel in a collegial environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims and recommend accurate reserves
• Assess liability and damages in complex claims
• Identify and evaluate insurance coverage issues
• Guide third-party vendors and manage costs
• Collaborate with brokers, policyholders, and carriers
