Description

You will drive the visual and interactive aspects of our platform, designing and maintaining our design system in Figma, creating production-ready designs, wireframes, and prototypes. You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into elegant solutions and ensure design fidelity from concept to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems that translate to code
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain our design system in Figma, creating components that map to our engineering component library
• Create production-ready designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions
• Partner with full-stack engineers to ensure design fidelity in production implementations
• Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to validate design decisions
