💼 About This Role

You'll join the Starlink team as a Reliability Technician in the Reliability Test Lab, executing microelectronics reliability tests and supporting failure analysis. Your work ensures the highest quality and reliability of silicon and packaged components for our satellite internet constellation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate failure analysis and reliability test equipment per SOPs
• Document test results and observations accurately
• Support root cause investigations of microelectronics failures
• Perform hands-on sample preparation, soldering, and PCBA rework

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or technical lab
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of microelectronics quality, reliability, or failure analysis experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field
• Experience with soldering and PCBA rework best practices
• Familiarity with reliability test standards (JEDEC, IPC, or AEC-Q200)
