🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of 8-10 sales executives
• Conduct regular sales team meetings and one-to-ones
• Assess sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts
• Review KPIs and offer guidance for improvement

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing an outbound full sales cycle team
• Understanding of sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS model
• Background in hospitality/hotel tech
• Bilingual English & Spanish
