Description

You will perform technical and mechanical functions related to building plant and equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems, and conducting site inspections across multiple properties in the Charlotte area.

Requirements

• Skilled in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, and vendors
• Maintain professional appearance and inventory of tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license for local travel

Responsibilities

• Comply with EPA, OSHA, ASHRAE safety guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and BMS systems
• Conduct monthly maintenance inspections and site inspections of roofs and mechanical rooms
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
• Travel daily between assigned properties
