  • Showcase platform value and deliver technical wins with AEs
  • Consult on current processes and propose optimized solutions
  • Lead discovery, demos, and integration workshops during sales
  • Translate requirements into solution designs and recommendations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years as Solutions Engineer or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market/enterprise)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS integrations (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS)
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience with HR/payroll platforms
  • Familiarity with global compliance and payroll
  • Bilingual English/French
