You'll lead live virtual classes for Stepful's 16-week Surgical Technologist program, preparing students for NCCT certification. You'll deliver engaging instruction aligned to a standardized curriculum and support students through assessments and remediation. This fully remote role offers the chance to impact diverse learners launching healthcare careers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach live virtual classes over Zoom four times a week
• Communicate regularly with students via email and tools
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare modules
• Assess student understanding through assignments and quizzes

📋 Requirements

• Active Surgical Technologist Certification
• 3+ years of experience as a certified Surgical Technologist
• Experience teaching, training, or tutoring students or staff
• Comfortable teaching live online classes over Zoom

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience teaching NCCT exam preparation
• Experience with diverse or non-traditional student populations
• Experience with online or hybrid education programs
