• Oversee a portfolio of 3-5 active clinical trials
• Manage commercial matters within SOW parameters
• Line manage 3-5 Project Leads and Associates
• Develop SOPs and lead training programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years clinical trial experience
• Proven portfolio management overseeing multiple complex trials
• Strong commercial acumen managing trial-level budgets
• People leadership including line management and development
