You'll lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions at e.l.f. Beauty, supporting our flagship cruelty-free brand. Your models will power recommendation engines, NLP, and computer vision to drive business growth. You'll mentor a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy production-grade AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Lead model lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven features.
• Perform feature engineering and exploratory data analysis on large datasets.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure with cloud services and MLOps.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years AI/ML engineering.
• Experience building LLM-based applications and prompt-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and vector databases (Qdrant).
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, CloudWatch, and AWS Bedrock.
• Proficiency in Python and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
