πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a strategic customer portfolio at Vixxo, owning retention and expansion across 25 multi-site accounts in retail, QSR, and automotive. You'll act as a player-coach, managing key accounts while developing a team of CSMs. This role sits on the commercial leadership team, driving executive-level relationships and zero unplanned churn.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage 3-5 strategic national accounts as senior point of contact
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
- Coach and develop a team of 2-3 Customer Success account managers
π Requirements
- 8-12 years progressive experience in customer success or account management
- 3-5 years managing a team of CSMs or account executives
- Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and pipeline management
- Fluency in consultative sales methodology (Challenger preferred)
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Gong or conversation intelligence platforms
- Multi-site customer experience in retail, QSR, or healthcare
- Background in facilities services or SaaS-enabled services
