You'll join a rapidly growing software consultancy to drive new business by prospecting and qualifying leads using HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media. Your impact will directly fuel our expansion into public safety tech markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new sales leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media
• Identify prospect needs and qualify leads for sales executives
• Set meetings and calls between prospects and sales team
• Maintain accurate prospect records in CRM and report weekly results

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales Development Representative experience in SaaS
• Hunter's mentality with proven track record of exceeding quotas
• Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM software
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• First responder experience (police, fire, EMS)
