Description

You will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, drive data-informed hiring strategies, and shape the talent acquisition function at a fully remote company. Your work directly enables global employment and wealth distribution through strategic hiring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up, with management experience
  • Experience with reporting on hiring metrics and data-driven strategies
  • Proven innovator with experience driving new initiatives
  • Strong track record of results and pace to meet scaling needs
  • Fluent English; experience managing remote teams preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer
  • Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze data trends, and influence hiring strategy
  • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to meet targets and ensure great candidate experience
  • Drive innovation and assess new processes, programs, and tools
  • Lead high-impact TA projects to improve recruiting strategy
