You will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, drive data-informed hiring strategies, and shape the talent acquisition function at a fully remote company. Your work directly enables global employment and wealth distribution through strategic hiring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up, with management experience
- Experience with reporting on hiring metrics and data-driven strategies
- Proven innovator with experience driving new initiatives
- Strong track record of results and pace to meet scaling needs
- Fluent English; experience managing remote teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer
- Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyze data trends, and influence hiring strategy
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to meet targets and ensure great candidate experience
- Drive innovation and assess new processes, programs, and tools
- Lead high-impact TA projects to improve recruiting strategy
