💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end release lifecycles for software products at Coupa, driving cross-functional coordination and risk management. Your work directly impacts product delivery and operational efficiency across Product and Engineering teams. You'll also champion PMO best practices and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end release lifecycle including planning and sign-off
• Integrate AI tools to automate program management tasks
• Drive adoption of PMO methodologies and best practices
• Create program status reports and dashboards for leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development with 6+ years as TPM
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall SDLCs
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs
• Hands-on experience with coding/scripting (JavaScript, Google Apps Script)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FedRAMP, AI agentic workflows, or platform engineering
• Advanced Jira and Confluence administration
• Relevant Agile certifications
