💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Japan leadership to attract top GTM talent, owning the end-to-end recruiting process for sales roles. You'll directly source, screen, and close candidates while building diverse pipelines and ensuring a delightful candidate experience. This high-ownership role offers the chance to scale a growing team in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own recruiting for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives
• Source, screen, and close candidates across the full cycle
• Run role kick-off meetings and define candidate profiles
• Build diverse talent pipelines for priority Japan roles

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Track record sourcing and closing GTM talent (Sales, Customer Success, etc.) in Tokyo
• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Experience partnering with leadership and influencing stakeholders
