You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans as an RBT, collecting data on patient progress and building therapeutic relationships. Your work directly impacts the lives of children with autism in a supportive clinic environment with guaranteed full-time hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior
• Build rapport and establish positive therapeutic relationships
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to update intervention plans

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients
