You'll maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at Carvana's Market Hubs, ensuring top-quality inspections and timely deliveries. You'll work outdoors and enjoy rapid pay increases through a performance-based program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
