💼 About This Role

You'll work on a well-defined scope within the Payments team, delivering consistent solutions that cover multiple states, life cycles, and client profiles, while collaborating on discovery and influencing design decisions with stakeholders and your team. You will conduct customer research, map journeys, and generate insights to improve payment acceptance solutions for Brazilian entrepreneurs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct customer interviews, tests, and investigations
• Map journeys and processes to generate insights
• Build and test prototypes applying usability principles
• Use Design System consistently and suggest interaction patterns

📋 Requirements

• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of usability principles and interaction design
• Ability to communicate and present design work to stakeholders

• Previous experience in fintechs or financial market
• Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
