Description

You'll own the vision and execution for AI-native learning products at Anthropic, working closely with research teams to translate emerging capabilities into real-world learning experiences. You'll build adaptive systems and assessments that help millions gain genuine agency over AI, not just product proficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products
• Experience working with research teams and translating technical capabilities into product features
• Ability to define success metrics focused on demonstrated understanding and skill progression
• Operational muscle to manage dependencies and keep workstreams on track
• Strong communication skills to bridge research, product, GTM, and education teams

Responsibilities

• Co-develop vision and own strategy and execution for AI-native learning products
• Work closely with research teams to understand emerging capabilities and translate them into product
• Prototype and experiment to validate ideas quickly using Claude and internal tools
• Stay close to learners through user research and iterate based on observations
• Drive stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical partners
