You'll partner with sales teams to manage inbound leads and support quote-to-order conversion for architectural glass products. Your work ensures fast customer engagement and supports revenue growth. This role is key to maintaining high customer responsiveness across multiple brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales reps for quote follow-up and order facilitation.
• Qualify new account requests and route to appropriate sales rep.
• Manage inbound leads from OBE hotline and website inquiries.
• Provide interim customer support when assigned reps are unavailable.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
