💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the legal function at Prime Intellect, covering commercial contracts, corporate governance, IP/open-source strategy, and regulatory compliance. You'll partner directly with leadership on the deals and decisions that define the company's trajectory in the AI infrastructure market. This is a builder role where you'll set the foundations for years.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial contracts function end-to-end (MSAs, DPAs, enterprise agreements)
• Negotiate compute supply contracts with neoclouds and hyperscalers globally
• Build contract templates, playbooks, and CLM infrastructure
• Own corporate governance, board materials, and equity plan management

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of legal experience with 3-5 years at a top-tier firm
• Substantial in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
• Deep experience with commercial contracts at scale (enterprise and vendor contracts)
• Comfortable owning a legal function: strategy, outside counsel, and hiring

• Direct experience with cloud, compute, or AI infrastructure contracts
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models
• AI-native in how you work: using LLMs and automation tools
