You'll lead a team of Account Executives while personally closing high-value accounts at David Energy, a clean energy startup. Your core impact is driving revenue growth and coaching reps to improve deal quality. This role combines frontline leadership with individual sales ownership in a rapidly scaling Series A company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Account Executives on pipeline and performance
- Run weekly 1:1s focused on deal strategy and skill development
- Own full-cycle sales for strategic accounts from prospecting to close
- Coach reps on discovery, value articulation, and deal progression
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with strategic deals
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience
- Proven success as a top individual seller and team leader
- Strong Salesforce proficiency and structured sales methodology
