Description

As a Health Coach at Revero, you will work directly with patients to help reverse autoimmune disease by providing safe, high quality remote care and responding to patient questions in a timely manner. You'll provide education and coaching to assist patients in implementing individualized nutrition and care plans, monitor daily metrics, and communicate with medical staff.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in health-related field or professional certification (RD, RN, etc.)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High EQ and empathy with strong relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior coaching experience for at least 1 year

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care via texting, phone calls, and video chats
• Provide education and coaching on individualized nutrition and care plans
• Address patient progress with medical staff and communicate medication changes
• Monitor and provide feedback on daily metrics (symptoms, energy, cravings, hunger, mood)
• Review and update medications, medical history, and lab values; document interactions
