Description

You will manage end-to-end cyber claims handling in Australia, working with brokers, insureds, and internal teams to align claims practices with UK and US operations while establishing Cowbell's claims presence locally. You'll provide insights, support reporting, and help shape processes in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance claims, ideally cyber insurance
• Exposure to cyber, professional indemnity, or financial lines claims strongly preferred
• Confidence working with brokers, insureds, insurer partners, external vendors
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-growing environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end handling of cyber claims from notification to resolution
• Act as key claims contact for brokers and insureds in Australian market
• Collaborate with underwriting and distribution teams to provide claims insights and support broker engagement
• Support development of claims data, trends, and reporting for Australian portfolio
• Contribute to claims processes and best practices as operation grows
