You'll manage and coordinate L.A. LIVE services for clients, leading event operations across multiple venues. You'll oversee load-ins, load-outs, and ensure top customer service while interfacing with the Fire Department and union labor. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile events in a world-class entertainment destination.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate event operations with security, engineering, housekeeping, and parking.
  • Develop event estimates, settlements, and ensure timely client invoicing.
  • Oversee load-ins, events, and load-outs onsite.
  • Create event production notes and share with department heads.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 5 years of related work experience in events management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to read, understand, and implement artist riders

  • Knowledge of sports and entertainment industry
