📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years in senior engineering leadership managing teams
• Proven track record shipping products from early-stage through scale
• Strong organizational builder with hiring and retention experience

• Experience with CMS, developer tooling, or web publishing platforms
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Distributed systems design experience with collaborative state or event-driven data flows
