🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global Value & Access initiatives across Market Access and HEOR
• Define program scope, timelines, ownership structures, and risk frameworks
• Manage financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Establish operating rhythms and governance structures for scalable execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years relevant experience
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional global programs in regulated environments
• Experience working with Finance teams on budgeting and cost tracking
• Strong analytical skills to manage interdependencies and risks
