💼 About This Role

You'll lead business architecture and process governance for infrastructure services at a leading cloud contact center provider. Your work will directly improve service reliability and operational maturity. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformation initiatives in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business process mapping and redesign for infrastructure services
• Define lifecycle controls and governance for Plan, Build, Run, Release
• Develop policies and procedures supporting SRE practices
• Ensure process compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business architecture or infrastructure governance
• Experience with ITIL and SRE practices
• Experience in infrastructure lifecycle management
• Experience supporting audit and compliance environments

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL certification
• Experience with infrastructure platforms (Kubernetes, cloud, etc.)
• Process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart)
