💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver engaging training journeys for over 10,000 operational employees and 500+ leaders. You'll work closely with HR and operational teams to identify learning needs and create impactful solutions. This role offers the chance to drive growth in a dynamic international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate training sessions with participants and team leads.
• Lead workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions independently.
• Analyze participant feedback to measure training impact and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with team leads and HR to identify learning needs and propose solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years experience conducting in-person trainings.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Germany and valid driver's license.
