Requirements

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales architecture
• 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
• 5+ years contact center experience with CCaaS knowledge
• Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI or chatbot platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solutioning calls to uncover pain points
• Deliver customized demos and presentations showcasing AI-driven CX
• Craft differentiated responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Design and execute proof-of-value to accelerate deal velocity
• Track competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies
