You'll support licensed colorists in delivering a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll master consultations, shampooing, and blowouts while training to become a licensed colorist in 3-9 months. This role stands out with paid training and clear promotion path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services.
• Assist in finishing services and add-on product applications.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
