💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global professional services strategy for Hootsuite, building it into a revenue-generating growth engine. You'll own the end-to-end P&L, define the multi-year portfolio, and drive services innovation to accelerate customer retention and ARR expansion. This role reports to the CCO and serves as a key voice on the executive leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the multi-year services portfolio strategy
• Establish Professional Services as a measurable revenue growth driver
• Drive metrics-first operating culture with dashboards
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align service delivery with commercial outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology services
• 10+ years in SaaS with professional services and retention strategy expertise
• Proven experience leading a services organization with P&L accountability
• Deep experience building global service delivery teams at scale
