You will lead Black Duck's accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring audit-ready, lender-compliant results in a private-equity-backed growth environment. You'll be responsible for revenue recognition under ASC 606, NetSuite ERP optimization, and building a scalable controllership team.

• Strong technical accounting excellence and operational rigor
• Leadership experience in scaling accounting functions
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP platform

Responsibilities

• Own and improve monthly, quarterly, annual close with focus on speed, accuracy, repeatability
• Serve as authority on US GAAP revenue recognition under ASC 606 for software and SaaS
• Lead external audits, maintain internal controls, ensure lender and sponsor reporting
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, cash forecasting, working capital management
• Lead, develop, and scale controllership team, reducing key-person risk
