Description

You will take technical ownership of critical wireless subsystems and drive their development from concept to mass production. You will be the expert for the entire RF chain, making key architectural and component selection decisions and ensuring products meet performance standards.

Requirements

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred
• 5+ years RF hardware design experience
• Proficiency in RF simulation software (ADS, HFSS)
• In-depth knowledge of RF system architecture and component selection
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RF system design, simulation, and layout
• Define and own verification, validation, and production acceptance test procedures
• Perform system analysis including link budgets and cascade analysis
• Spearhead root cause analysis for RF issues like interference and desensitization
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines
