🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and ship production features across four integrated products
• Build AI workflows for exemplar writing and evidence organization
• Implement SSO/SAML, role-based access controls, and HRIS integrations

• Strong professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production SaaS environments
• Ability to design backend systems for multi-tenant workflow-heavy applications
• Experience as an early-stage startup engineer
