💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic business partner to high-value enterprise customers, driving long-term commercial success and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll shape executive relationships and directly impact Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role blends customer advocacy with cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver measurable business outcomes from LeanData solutions.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monitor usage, health, and renewal timelines for proactive intervention.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with account teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • 3-5+ years managing complex enterprise accounts with multi-threaded stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in revenue process (Lead-to-Account, Routing, Attribution) and hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Proven experience managing and growing enterprise-level SaaS clients with complex structures and long sales cycles.

  • Domain expertise in Sales or Marketing Operations.
  • Expertise with Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo, HubSpot.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
