Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will connect with schools and educators to introduce MyTutor and IXL products, manage existing accounts, and work with the Partnerships team to drive growth. You'll research leads, influence decision-makers, attend events, and collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior sales experience (educational sales a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging and persuading a wide range of people
- Self-starter with ability to manage workload and meet daily targets
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through phone, email, and social media
- Influence stakeholders near decision-makers to generate interest
- Qualify schools by explaining how MyTutor and IXL work
- Manage own leads to hit customer targets for the academic year
