You'll act as a trusted advisor to hotel customers, helping them maximise booking performance and revenue. You'll turn market trends and competitive insights into actionable recommendations using SiteMinder's platform. This role blends hospitality distribution knowledge with consultative phone-based engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise hotel customers on distribution and revenue strategies
• Analyse booking patterns and competitive positioning
• Drive adoption of SiteMinder platform for channel optimisation
• Manage pipeline to meet KPIs and SLAs

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in hotel, OTA, or SaaS
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data
• Understanding of hospitality distribution channels and revenue management
• Excellent communication skills in English
