๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers, earning executive trust and becoming a go-to advisor on compliance programs.
- Drive outcomes by developing success plans, tracking KPIs, and proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Guide customers through compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and FedRAMP.
- Own key customer journey moments including onboarding, health checks, QBRs, and tailored Mutual Action Plans.
- Translate customer voice into action by partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management supporting enterprise customers.
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP.
- Proven success managing complex enterprise relationships including executive alignment and stakeholder navigation.
