💼 About This Role

You'll support core accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for Faire's wholesale platform. You'll help scale processes and maintain the integrity of financial data. This role offers the chance to use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and work cross-functionally with teams like FP&A and Revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets)
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system (Oracle, SAP)
• Good understanding of GAAP
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOX/internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
