💼 About This Role

You'll lead applied research and development for models and datasets at the core of Fiddler's Trust Service and suite of guardrail classifiers. Your work will directly enable customers to keep their LLM and agentic applications safe in production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead applied research for LLM and agentic models
• Design and ship production classifiers for safety and quality
• Drive technical direction of generative insights
• Mentor AI Scientists and raise technical bar

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in CS, AI, or related field
• 5+ years experience in applied ML or NLP
• Proven track record of shipping production ML systems
• Deep expertise in LLMs, transformers, and generative AI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning or preference-based methods
• Published research in AI safety or model interpretability
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
