💼 About This Role

You'll own a full-cycle sales process for a vertical AI ERP platform targeting mid-market construction companies. You'll drive net-new business through strategic pipeline development and consultative selling to multi-stakeholder buying groups. This role offers high ownership and the chance to build a category-defining product.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop territory strategy with BDR team
  • Run full-cycle sales from discovery to close
  • Lead strategic deal execution with tailored proposals
  • Manage pipeline with rigorous forecasting

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota in mid-market
  • Strong consultative selling skills with economic buyers
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
