🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation and scheduling support
• Maintain product quality and food safety standards
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff
• Manage bakery operations independently when BOM is absent

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Previous assistant manager experience
