💼 About This Role

You'll join a dedicated team providing sexual and reproductive health services including contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, and abortion care. You'll provide mentorship and coaching to a team of Advanced Practice Clinicians in Central and Western Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to shape clinical environments at the state's leading provider of reproductive health care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in family planning and abortion services
• Facilitate patient flow and ensure adherence to standard workflows
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional guidance to APCs
• Collaborate with Health Center Managers to adjust staffing as needed

📋 Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree and current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA
• CPR certified
• 3 years of management experience preferred
• Strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Proficiency in Haitian Creole or Brazilian Portuguese
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
