🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences to improve retention
• Define autonomy frameworks like Autopilot, Co-pilot, and Radar modes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years leading 0-to-1 initiatives
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-native features
• Strong expertise in product growth metrics and activation funnels
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles and conversational design

• Experience with short-term rental or hospitality technology
• Background in behavioral product design
