You'll own the full recruiting life cycle for technical roles at a high-growth AI startup that is revolutionizing housing and healthcare. You'll partner with engineering leadership to source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to build a scalable recruiting function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with engineering and recruiting leadership on hiring needs
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through boolean searches and events
• Conduct prescreening calls and guide candidates through interview process

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong sourcing skills with creative candidate engagement techniques
• Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days per week
